NAFCA publishes its generative AI attitudes survey

NAFCA published its June survey: approximately one tenth of 3,854 respondents worked in animation. In the full sample, 73.7% supported comprehensive or in-principle regulation, compared with 57% in the worker subgroup. The report also records expectations of efficiency and concerns about training rights.

NAFCA published its response to a Cabinet Office consultation, advocating training opt-out rights and voice protection, distinguishing remuneration after consent from the right to refuse training, and proposing that digital archives first serve human learning and transmission of skills.
