Association introduces model translation contract with AI terms
On 13 January 2025 Sveriges Författarförbund introduced a model literary-translation contract adopted on 19 December 2024. Section16 requires the translator’s own, non-generative-AI work; it grants no publisher training right and requires written consent for training sublicences.
