Report publication date was checked against the official index; it is not the conduct's occurrence date. Company figures—over 151 million Alibaba interactions in May–July, over 23 million for Moonshot in that period and over 12.1 million for DeepSeek over 14 July days—were not independently verified. Technical defences were not reproduced.
